What is AcuEnergetics?
AcuEnergetics is an evolutionary/revolutionary
technique based upon practical applications
of a profound knowledge of the body’s
energy systems. AcuEnergetics is an
exact art/science, and trains practitioners
to treat a wide range of conditions
and assist patients to enhance their
well being. AcuEnergetics techniques
involve working with chakras, meridians
and other energetic centres in balancing
the mind, body and spirit. It pays special
attention to the role emotions play
in health and
well being.
Who is this information for?
This document outlines the competency
requirements for becoming a registered
AcuEnergetics practitioner.
Training
AcuEnergetics training is a student
centred, adult education program that
emphasises experiential and self-reflective
learning. Practitioners can build their
knowledge and skills from basic to master
practitioner level. The courses offered,
provide in-depth experiential and theoretical
training in energy bodywork.
| In particular
: |
| |
a clear understanding
of the causes of illness. |
| |
in-depth coverage
of the physiology and anatomy of
the energy systems. |
| |
skills in self balancing,
practicing and teaching meditation
and developing intuition. |
| |
knowledge and skills
in treating physical, psyche and
spiritual imbalances. |
...with the aim of producing self-reflective
practitioners who are co-creators
of new knowledge. |
All training provided is comprised
of three components. These are self
development, knowledge and skills.
| In AcuEnergetics,
the self-development work
focuses on: |
| |
developing sensitivity
to energy to allow the practitioner
to feel and work with the energy
fields. |
| |
learning to calm
the mind through Meditation. |
| |
Releasework
which opens up and clears emotional
blocks. |
Knowledge is the information
we learn that allows practitioners to
make use of the minds ability to be
wholly intuitive. Intuition is not channelling,
it is the natural sorting and selecting
work of the mind. People are intuitive
on subjects where they have knowledge,
open their hearts and trust their mind
to do its job. Without a knowledge of
energetic healing, the mind will not
be intuitive about healing.
The third component is skills,
which involves effective use of healing
techniques through understanding them
and practicing them correctly.

Course overview:
The aim of Level 2 is to bring the
student to a point where they can easily
access the energy needed to practice
energetic healing and gain self-mastery
of the techniques of Chakra entrainment
and specific AcuEnergetics treatment
techniques.
The AcuEnergetics Level 2 training
course takes the initial training to
a deeper and more powerful level. This
course builds on the basic opening and
treatment methodologies taught in Level
1 and introduces AcuEnergetics Chakra
Balancing.
During the first weekend, students
are taught several new treatment techniques
and the beginning of the Second Gate
technique. The first treatment technique
is Sacral Balancing, an extension of
the Circulation of the Light Balance,
which facilitates release of the congested
energy stored in the sacral area. Variations
of this technique are used in treating
back pain, loss of periods, chronic
fatigue and stress. When given as a
single session, a Sacral Balance brings
about a deep and profound relaxation.
Additional techniques include the Thrusting
Channel Opening, which increases the
amount of energy available to the body,
and the energetic Clearing of the Wind
Gates, which introduces energetic acupuncture
techniques. Also taught in the first
weekend are the outer forms of both
self-Chakra Balancing and stage 2 of
Releasework
In the second weekend, the inner techniques
of Chakra entrainment are taught along
with the concluding form of the Second
Gate and the external Circulation of
the Light self - massage.
Specific additional training for Level
2 graduates is provided at the weekly
practice evenings, under Kevin Farrow’s
personal guidance.
You will be provided with a certificate
of participation for level two.

4 professional development sessions.

AcuEnergetics Advanced Practitioner
course
The pre-requisite is successful completion
of Level 3.
This course is comprised of two parts.
Part A is for those who wish to further
develop their skills as Acu-Energetic
practitioners and Part 2 is for those
who wish to become AcuEnergetics teachers
and assessors.
Part A must be completed before commencing
Part B.
Assessment of AcuEnergetics Practitioners
The assessment for courses is competency
based. That is, the student is required
to demonstrate the skills/knowledge
specified for each Unit of competency.
At the commencement of each course the
student will be provided with a list
of the required competency standards
and the assessment methods that will
be used. The assessor will evaluate
the student’s performance against the
competency standards and they will be
deemed competent or not yet competent.
If they are deemed competent the result
will be recorded as such. In the case
that the student is deemed not yet competent,
the assessor will identify the "gaps"
and assist them to reach competency
through further training and/or mentoring.
| Appeals
Process |
| The student
has a right to appeal against the
decision made by the assessor. If
the student wishes to lodge an appeal,
they must: |
| |
Inform their assessor
of the appeal and the grounds on
which the appeal will be lodged.
The assessor will then record and
report the appeal. |
| |
Discuss the appeal
with their assessor and attempt
to negotiate a solution. |
| |
If a resolution cannot
be found, evidence will be considered
by two other assessors from The
Centre for Energetic Healing. The
outcome is final. |
| |
If the appeal is
against how the assessment was conducted
it will be considered by the AcuEnergetics
Director of Teaching. Students may
be given the opportunity to have
their claim reassessed by another
assessor. The outcome of this decision
is final. |
If a student feels uncomfortable about
approaching their assessor, they may
contact the student liason officer Julieanne
Hilbers on 0408060266.
Record of Progress
A "record of progress" is
kept for every student. Copies can be
obtained from The Centre for Energetic
Healing.
Results
When students assessments have been
marked by their assessor, the results
will be recorded on a record of progress
and the student will be sent an official
notification.

Currently this course does not articulate
into any other course. Options for articulation
